Sanctions Compliance Policy

Commitment

Tomorrow Peptides complies with the economic sanctions programmes administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not sell to, ship to, or accept payment from sanctioned persons or comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. Screening is automated and applies to every order without exception.

Controls we operate

1. 1 · Destination control

   Orders can only be placed for the countries we have chosen to serve. Any other destination is refused at checkout before payment is attempted.

2. 2 · Embargo block

   Comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions are blocked outright, as are the covered regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson), which are sanctioned by region rather than by country.

3. 3 · Restricted-party screening

   The name on every order is screened against OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list, including published aliases. Our matching is intentionally over-inclusive: a false match costs a manual review, while a missed match would be a violation.

4. 4 · Fail-closed handling

   If screening cannot be performed, the order is held for manual review rather than accepted. No order proceeds to payment on an unscreened basis.

5. 5 · Records

   The screening result, the list revision date and the timestamp are recorded against each order and retained as an audit trail. Blocked attempts are logged and escalated to the responsible person the same day.

If your order is stopped

We do not disclose the basis for a screening decision, as doing so would undermine the control. If you believe an order was stopped in error, contact our support team and we will review it. We cannot process an order that a review does not clear.

Your obligations

You may not purchase on behalf of a sanctioned person, nor arrange onward transfer of any product to a sanctioned person or jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the import and research-material laws of your own jurisdiction.
